Refresh Health
Reloads the current health summary: disk free, data size, JSON integrity status, SQLite status, Remote Support storage, agents, sessions and warnings.
Create Safety Backup
Creates a safe ZIP backup of the app data before risky changes. Use it before cleanup, import, reset, tenant changes or major troubleshooting.
Export Support Bundle
Creates a troubleshooting ZIP with health information and technical logs while avoiding sensitive credentials. Useful before making code changes or support review.
Check DB / JSON Integrity
Validates SQLite and JSON files to detect corrupted or unreadable data before it causes app errors.
Cleanup Old Frames / Files / Logs
Removes expired Remote Support frames/uploads, old syslog data, old SNMP alerts and expired backups based on Data Protection retention settings.
Optimize SQLite
Runs safe SQLite maintenance such as checkpoint, VACUUM and optimize to reduce database size and improve stability.
Open Data Protection Settings
Jumps to Settings where you control backup retention, syslog retention, SNMP alert retention, Remote file retention, max upload size, max active sessions and timeline limits.
Automatic Safety Backup
When enabled, the app creates safety backups before destructive or cleanup actions, helping you recover if something unexpected happens.

Export or import a full app backup: SQLite DB, JSON data, devices, discovered assets, events, SMTP settings, users, uploads and report exports.
Ready.
Reset Database From Scratch
Deletes inventory, discovered assets, scan history, events, activity log, SMTP settings, uploaded files, and report exports. User accounts and logins are preserved so you do not lose access.
Ready.
Factory Reset For New Server
Use this when a new customer/server will use the app from zero. It deletes old inventory, tenants, SNMP data, syslog, remote support sessions/endpoints, reports, jobs, alerts, Enterprise SQLite data, and removes old data folders before recreating only clean runtime folders. Only the Jose/current owner superadmin credential is preserved with the same existing password.
